Square is a world leading fintech platform, processing billions in payments annually.
At Square, I've spent the last few years leading design for some of their biggest platform initiatives, from offline payments and app unification to new pricing models and international feature launches.

Offline Payments
A Square outage took down card processing for millions of sellers. Offline payments existed, but only 23% had it enabled, and when it mattered most, it didn't work. I defined and led offline payments strategy serving 4M sellers, increasing adoption from 23% to 80% and materially expanding sellers' ability to transact without internet connectivity.
Cart Platform
I led the design convergence of four independent cart experiences into a single, flexible platform, establishing shared system standards that reduced engineering duplication and eliminated the inconsistencies sellers experienced as they grew. The result: a cart that behaves like a cart, no matter which Square product you're using.
This required navigating competing priorities across four product teams, establishing design principles and a shared component library that could flex to each surface's needs.
Ada is an AI-powered conversational platform, valued at over $1B.
At Ada, I led design work that expanded the platform's global reach and integrations ecosystem for their AI-powered chatbot.

Right-to-Left Redesign
Ada wanted to expand its chatbots into Arabic and Hebrew-speaking markets, but the interface didn't conform to bi-directional UI standards, making it unusable for RTL speakers.
I led the end-to-end redesign, establishing mirroring logic, typographic standards, and layout rules across Ada's editor and chatter interfaces. The work retained three at-risk accounts totalling $700K in ARR and opened Ada's addressable market to over 400 million Arabic and Hebrew speakers globally.
List Option Block
I designed a reusable configuration module that transformed structured JSON data into dynamic, conversational UI components, letting brands like Zoom, Facebook, and Square generate real-time, data-driven options inside automated chat flows without hardcoding content.
The result: support teams could build personalized, scalable chat experiences without engineering involvement, reducing time-to-deploy for new flows from days to hours.

Production Scheduling
Factory managers were running production capacity on homemade spreadsheets: slow, error-prone, and impossible to share in real time.
I designed a 0→1 scheduling system giving managers live visibility into workload, capacity, and bottlenecks. Built within a one-year runway, the tool replaced spreadsheets as the primary scheduling method across customer sites, reducing production planning time from 12 hours to 8 hours per week per planner.
